Every night, except Sundays, we offer a three course meal using fresh local produce where
 ever possible. Hence we need to be given notice of guests requiring an evening meal.
The latest we can accept a booking is 12 noon for a meal that evening.

Individual blue cheese souffles

Prawn Salad with Lime Mayonnaise
A chilled prawn and cucumber salad served with
 a refreshing lime mayonnaise

 Main Course

Fillet of Pork with Lemon and Parsley
Slices of filled pork served with a white
wine and cream sauce

Roasted Salmon with Basil and Capsicum Sauce
Gently baked salmon steak served with a smooth sauce

Layers of banana, orange and date soaked in
Grand Marnier and cream

Lemon Creams
A refreshingly tangy egg cream
 topped with a lemon syrup
